Predictable Success

{Get your organization on the growth track - and keep it there}

We have a bleeder

If you’ve ever owned a dog, you may have discovered that if their paws get cut, they bleed like a sucker.I mean dark red, pumping-like-a-horror-movie bleeding – for a dog, paw cuts (or losing a nail) usually require a vet visit to get the bleeding stopped.

I’ve found the same thing in many, many organizations – one part of the organization (a certain functional area, or a remote geographic location, or a particular group or team) is often disproportionately way more sensitive than everywhere else – look at them sideways and they bleed. Like crazy.

Do you know where your organizational paw is? Do you know where triage is most often required? Where your organizational psychic RAM is being sucked away every day, compensating for the disproportionate sensitivities of one group?

If you do (know), what are you doing to toughen them up?
