Les McKeown is one of the world’s foremost executive coaches. Les’s coaching is based on unparalleled real-world experience. As a serial entrepreneur he started over 40 businesses personally, and through his decade-long work with a global incubation company helped thousands more do so.

With over fifteen years experience as a consultant trainer and leadership coach, Jule has worked with a wide range of for profit and not-for-profit clients across the US and Europe. Clients include Harvard University, Pella Corporation, the Lighthouse Academies Charter Network and UC Berkeley.

As Head of Coaching and senior consultant with Predictable Success, Julie helps leaders and teams clarify their personal and/or organizational strategies, and facilitates the execution of those strategies.

Julie has a B.A. with Honors in Business Administration & French from Queen’s University, Belfast and a Master’s Degree in Technology, Innovation and Education from Harvard University.

{Dave McKeown}

Dave McKeown, COO of Predictable SuccessDave is steeped in the Predictable Success methodology having worked for the company over a number of years while studying at The University of Glasgow Business School. During this time he gained experience working directly with many of our larger clients including Pella Windows and Doors and T-Mobile.

Prior to joining Predictable Success, Dave was a Consultant with Accenture, most recently in their Healthcare Division where he excelled as a Project Manager.

Dave brings extensive international experience, including designing and delivering an entrepreneurship program in Malawi; studying at The University of Hong Kong; setting up a not for profit in Australia and volunteering in India and LA.

{How it Works}

The engagement process is simple: Once you make an initial enquiry* we’ll set up a time for us to talk by phone or Skype to establish if there is a good mutual ‘fit’ between ourselves, and if so, which of our coaches is most suited to your needs. If after suitable reflection we both feel comfortable moving forward, we will arrange a kick-off meeting with yourself and your coach to gather more information about you, and to set goals for the coaching relationship.

We recommend an initial engagement period of six months. This gives both you and your coach time to make real progress toward your goals without binding you in to a lengthy commitment. At the end of six months you can opt to continue the relationship on a month-to-month basis at your discretion.
