Four times a year Les McKeown conducts one-day intensives during which he teaches the Predictable Success organizational growth leadership methodology. The workshops are kept intentionally small (10-12 participants) to allow a high level of individual participation, and to ensure Les can tailor the teaching to each participant’s specific situation and needs.

The workshops each last one day, 8am – 4pm, and cover the content of Les’s books, “Predictable Success: Getting Your Organization On the Growth Track – and Keeping It There” and “The Synergist: How to Lead Your Team to Predictable Success“, plus new, additional, detailed hands-on guidance and coaching not covered in the books, based on Les’s 30 years of assisting leaders just like you build their organizations and teams to Predictable Success.

Seats cost $950 each ($450 for additional participants from the same organization).
