About Predictable Success
Predictable Success is an organizational growth and leadership development model rooted in the seven stages of growth and occasional decline that any business will go through regardless of size or industry.
The model is used to help leaders at any level of an organization identify the processes, structures and people needed to deliver consistent, high-quality business growth decisions and to push ownership and self accountability down to every level of the organization.
The model was created by Les McKeown and is laid out in his WSJ best-selling book Predictable Success: Getting Your Organization on the Growth Track – and Keeping it There and The Synergist: How to Lead Your Team to Predictable Success.
